Oops.

So I went to sunny (and colder than NY) California from Saturday - Monday night/Tuesday morning.  (I never know what 2am classifies as.)  I tried tracking for those days, but it was almost impossible.  I tried to eat healthy, but I did have Burger King on Saturday (just a 4pc nuggets and small fries, though!) out of pure desperation and no knowledge of where I was.

This is my best memory of what I ate:
Saturday:
2 Dunkin Donuts Egg white & turkey sausage wake up wraps
Buffalo flavored wheat thins
Homemade sweet potato chips
More wheat thins
Small BK French fries
4 pc chicken nuggets
PF Chang's beef and broccoli with brown rice (although I didn't finish it)

Sunday (day of the wedding)
Granola bar
Caesar salad, dressing on the side
Cheese, crackers, grapes
Steak, mashed potatoes, and carrots
Champagne, wine, more champagne

Monday:
Bagel with low fat cream cheese
Jalapeno chips
Chicken Caesar wrap
Cheddar chips


So all in all, I didn't eat THAT badly.  But I still ate things I wish I hadn't (the BK, the chips).  Then again, it was vacation!  I've been back for two days and I haven't recorded what I've eaten.  Bad, I know.  As far as I can remember (and I think it's fairly comprehensive):

Tuesday:
Subway salad, buffalo chicken
Wheat bread with butter
Spoonful of ground beef with sauce
Bread with butter
Steak Caesar salad, dressing on the side, in taco shell
Edamame
Carrots and ranch

Wednesday:
Beef with sauce & parm cheese
Apples and cinnamon
Chicken, potatoes, carrots
