Food Diary - June 27

Breakfast:
Del Monte grapefruit cup

Lunch:
Scoop of salad with creamy balsamic
Small scoop of pasta with pesto sauce
Progresso French onion soup

Snack:
Piece of bread
Cucumbers with ranch dressing

Dinner:
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Baked potato with salsa
1/2 corn on the cob
Cooked carrots

Dessert:
1/2 cup Cheesecake Mousse


For the cheesecake mousse, I took a tub of fat free Cool Whip and mixed it with a package of sugar-free, fat-free, cheesecake-flavored instant pudding.
