Food Diary - June 29

Breakfast:
Cottage cheese

Lunch:
Salad with chicken, lentils, jalapenos, reduced fat mexican shredded cheese, light ranch dressing
1/8 c roasted garlic and chili edamame

Snack:
Sun Chips
Celery w/ blue cheese dressing
(managed to stay away from all the fried foods!)

Dinner:
Pizza
