Food Diary - June 7

I had a softball game today, and we won 10-0!  It was a very enjoyable game, mostly because the other team and the umpire were friendly and it lightened things up quite a bit.  I got a hit and an RBI!  Not much came to me in the outfield, though.  After that, it was across town to meet the girls for my friend Tat's birthday.  They had already eaten when I got there, and I wasn't in the mood to order something and completely blow my healthy-eating kick, so I ordered the Pulled Chicken Sliders.  I tossed off the fried onion rings on top and ate the three little sliders.  They weren't very filling, but they were absolutely delicious.  I was hesitant to try the pulled chicken (I don't think I've ever tried "pulled" anything before...) but it was definitely worth it.  When I got home, I had some leftover spaghetti bolognese and it filled me right up.  Chalk one up for good restaurant choices!
