Food Diary - May 9

Today was one of those days that I planned as best I could, but it was a busy day at work.  Systems went down and we were stuck answering calls and working through lunch.  We ordered lunch, and being that we were so swamped, I decided to ditch my salad that I had brought (which would have required me to go make it) and instead go in on the lunch.  I did make a pretty good choice with the salad, but I'm pretty sure the ranch was not light or fat free.  The mayo in the coleslaw was also probably pretty fattening, but I felt like that was a better choice than deep-fried French fries.

I ended up having Chinese food for dinner, and I switched up my fried rice with brown rice instead.  I also decided against the combo meal (which often has more) and got a small beef and broccoli instead.  I didn't finish it, but I did eat all the broccoli.


Dannon yogurt with granola
Apple with cinnamon
Coleslaw
Salad (from diner)
  Lettuce
  Red Onion
  Chicken
  Avocado
  Ranch dressing
  Carrots

Sesame crackers
Handful fries
2 Tagalong cookies
Pretzels
Beef and broccoli in garlic saucewith brown rice
Veggie spring roll

Exercise: 20 jumping jacks.
