Spinach and Feta Egg White Bites

I think I saw something like this on Pinterest, but while walking around the grocery store, I developed a recipe. Then I realized that my grandma had given me a mini brownie maker and it spawned an idea: I want to make mini breakfast bites!  I envisioned it taking a lot more time and effort than it did.  From start to end, these puppies were finished in about 10-12 minutes.

Ingredients:
Liquid egg whites
Chopped frozen spinach
Fat free feta cheese
Diced (very small) white onions
Mexican low fat shredded cheese
Ground black pepper

Plug in the brownie maker.  Then, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spoon them into the brownie maker. I needed to pour a little more egg white over each one, closed the lid, and let the magic happen for about 8 minutes.  When the bottoms are brown, pop them out and let them cool.

Ta-da.  Easiest recipe I've ever come up with.  Delicious and healthy, too.  The reason there's no picture?  They've all mysteriously disappeared...
