Rabbits! That's what I always say on the first day of every month. It's supposed to bring you good luck if you say it, so I make a habit of it. You can never have too much luck, right?
I'm finding it very rewarding to have cut fried foods out of my diet. It's difficult, and I'm halfway there, but at the end of each day I'm glad I'm doing it. Which is giving me the motivation to keep going. Maybe I can keep this up for more than 7 days? Who knows..
Anyhow, this is my menu for today:
Greek yogurt with granola
4 Spinach and Feta Egg White Bites
Apple with cinnamon
