Salad with chicken, jalapenos, red onions, shredded cheese, light ranch dressing
Quinoa with edamame, corn, black beans, and red onions
Snack:
Pretzels with peanut butter inside
Trail mix
Dinner:
1/2 potato with sour cream, minced onion, bacon bits
Veggies with garlic soy sauce
