Food Diary - July 10

Breakfast:
3 hard boiled egg whites with salsa

Lunch:
Taim Mobile Mediterranean platter - hummus + tahini + israeli salad + pickled cabbage + quinoa salad + pita (though I didn't even eat half of the israeli salad or the quinoa salad.  But the hummus.. so good.  And the pickled cabbage salad was phenomenal!)

Snack:
Honey wheat pretzels

Dinner:
A few nachos from Calico Jack's
French fries (baked in the oven!)
1/4 homemade nachos (lo-carb wheat wrap, reduced fat mexican cheese, black beans, jalapenos, salsa)
