Boy oh boy, it's been a while. From July 4 until now, I haven't recorded a single morsel of food. I was paying attention to what I was eating, but with a July 4 BBQ followed by a weekend away with the girls... I got a little caught up in the fun and didn't end up making the healthiest choices. BUT... I've still stayed away from fried foods! Willingly!
Brand new Monday, brand new entry. Here we go:
Breakfast:
1/2 everything wheat bagel with scallion cream cheese
Gala apple
Lunch:
Salad with broccoli slaw, chicken, cucumbers, croutons, dried cranberries, cheddar cheese, fat free ranch dressing
Coleslaw
Handful PopSmart cheddar popcorn
A few cheese balls
Snack:
Progresso French Onion soup
Dinner:
1/2 potato with fat free sour cream and bacon bits
Lo-carb wrap with chicken, lettuce, salsa, and fat free cream cheese
A few carrots
