Food Diary - July 22

Okay, enough is enough.  I need to start recording what I'm eating again, DAILY.  Not when I feel like it or when I know I've eaten badly.  I need to hold myself accountable.  So even though it's a weekend, and I typically don't record on the weekends, here we go:

Breakfast:
Everything bagel with cream cheese

Snack:
2 clementines

Lunch:
Salad with:

  • Broccoli slaw
  • White onions
  • Jalapenos
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • Cucumbers
  • Chicken with hot sauce
  • Light buffalo ranch dressing
Snack:
Cucumbers with hummus
Slice of american cheese

Dinner:
Steamed chicken and broccoli dipped in garlic sauce
Brown rice

Snack:
Clementine
1 slice american cheese
Croutons

Exercise:
2 mile walk around the track at Lincoln high school

Also, this is what exercise looked like last week:
One day, either Monday or Wednesday, Caitrin and I went to walk around the track at Lincoln high school
Tuesday - corporate softball in Central Park (And I pitched, which I never do, so for the rest of the week I had a sore arm and sore legs and butt!)
Thursday - yoga in Bryant Park
Friday - Salsa dancing class at SOB's in Manhattan followed by a half hour of actual (intense) salsa dancing
Saturday - I went to a stretch class at NY Pole Dancing, which completely kicked my ass.  I am so sore today, especially in the backs of my legs!!
