Food Diary - July 24

Breakfast:
4 egg whites with salsa
3 clementines

Lunch:
Soup

Salad with:

  • Lettuce
  • Broccoli slaw
  • Red onion
  • Jalapenos
  • 1/4 avocado
  • chicken
  • fat free ranch dressing
Dinner (I ate at Olympic Pita tonight and tried to make healthy choices.  Rice instead of french fries or mashed potatoes, I picked out any fat on my meat [mostly because it grosses me out], and I only lightly dipped my bread in the hummus.):
Schwarma (lamb & chicken, approx 2-3 oz)
~1 cup yellow rice with veggies (carrots, peas)
~1/8 cup hummus with 1/3 laffa bread


Exercise:
50 jumping jacks
10 each of these exercises (except I held the plank for 20 seconds and I did 20 sit ups instead of 10): 
ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone.    These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas!    Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!

Followed by these exercises to strengthen my back.  Sitting in an office chair all day does not do any favors for me!
