Lunch:
Soup
Salad with:
- Lettuce
- Broccoli slaw
- Red onion
- Jalapenos
- 1/4 avocado
- chicken
- fat free ranch dressing
Dinner (I ate at Olympic Pita tonight and tried to make healthy choices. Rice instead of french fries or mashed potatoes, I picked out any fat on my meat [mostly because it grosses me out], and I only lightly dipped my bread in the hummus.):
Schwarma (lamb & chicken, approx 2-3 oz)
~1 cup yellow rice with veggies (carrots, peas)
~1/8 cup hummus with 1/3 laffa bread
Exercise:
50 jumping jacks
10 each of these exercises (except I held the plank for 20 seconds and I did 20 sit ups instead of 10):
Followed by these exercises to strengthen my back. Sitting in an office chair all day does not do any favors for me!
