Food Diary - July 25

Breakfast:
1 container Chobani plain Greek yogurt with one packet Splenda
3 clementines

Snack:
1 cheese stick
A few buffalo flavored pretzel bites

Lunch:
Soup
Salad with:
  • Lettuce
  • Broccoli slaw
  • Red onion
  • Jalapenos
  • 1/4 avocado
  • chicken
  • fat free ranch dressing
Snack:
1/3 pita with a little hummus
Celery

Dinner:
1 small potato with honey mustard glaze
2.5 oz Irish bacon/ham
3/4 cup corn with 1 slice Velveeta low fat American cheese slices

Exercise:
I had a softball game today.  We won!  I played short center field, although only one grounder came my way.  I was also stuck carrying my purse, bat bag, and bag with bases - which wasn't so bad, because it was extra strength training as we walked the trails out of the park.  Unfortunately, that's all the exercise I did today because by the time I got home, I was completely pooped out!
