Food Diary - July 26

Breakfast: 
3 clementines

Lunch:
Progresson French Onion soup
Salad with:
Broccoli slaw
Red Onions
1/2 avocado
2.5 oz chicken
3 tbsp ranch

Snack:
4 pieces jalapeno pepperjack cheese

Dinner:
1 cup steamed chicken & broccoli, garlic sauce on the side
1 steamed pork dumpling

Snack:
3 cups light popcorn
