Honey Mustard Glazed Potatoes

Once upon a time, a very plain baked potato was perched on the edge of her dinner plate, dreading dinnertime.  When 6:30 rolled around, she had nothing to wear!  She knew all the other dishes would be donning great, exotic dresses, but there was nothing in the cupboard that a-peeled to her.  What's a naked baked potato to do?  Have no fear!  Just as the baked potato was ready to tot herself over to the garbage disposal, I came along with this fabulous glaze.  The baked potato simply shined as she joined the dinner party... in my stomach.

Ingredients:
Honey
Mustard
Spray butter
Hormel bacon bits
Baked potato, without skin, sliced

Mix together 1 part honey with 2 parts mustard (in true Kristina fashion, I did not measure).  Add in a little bit of spray butter (I poured this in.. probably about a tsp or so, enough to get the consistency a little bit watery.  Drizzle over potatoes and stick those babies in the microwave together until warm.  Remove, sprinkle some bacon bits over them, and ta-da! Simple, easy, and delicious!
