Food Diary - June 18



Breakfast:
Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt with Trader Joe's Maple Pecan granola
Red seedless grapes

Snack:
Less than a handful of trail mix

Lunch:
Salad with black beans, corn, edamame, quinoa, chicken, light ranch dressing, red onion
1/2 pita bread
1 small bite of chicken tiki marsala

Dinner:
2-3 oz turkey meatloaf
Potato with salsa
1/2 corn on the cob

Snack:
Clementine
